Buy an MSI X600 15.6” laptop and get an MSI Wind U100 netbook for free

We like the MSI X600 ULV laptop and we also like the MSI Wind U100, but which is best? There’s only one way to find out — buy them both.

Actually, you don’t even need to go that far —MSI is running an Xmas promotion that means everyone who buys an X600 laptop for £799 gets a Wind netbook, worth £249, for free.

There is a small catch and you’ll need to print out a coupon on the MSI X Series site to take into a branch of Micro Anvika to make your purchase — and claim the freebie. You have until 30 November to take advantage of this particular deal, but it looks like MSI will then announce a new one — the promotion runs until 31 December.

Incidentally, we awarded the 15.6” MSI X600 5 out of 6 when we reviewed it in October and, although old, the MSI Wind U100 is still one of our favourite netbooks — it too scored 5 out of 6 in our July 2008 review.
